Fly Fishing Intro | A workshop presented by our good friends Dale and Cyndi Kotowski on behalf of Venture Outdoors. Learn the basics of rods, reels, lines, tippets, knots and flies and practice casting techniques. Time will be spent "on-land" as well as in the stream so bring your waders and you Pennsylvania fishing license and trout stamp. The workshop will take place at Ohiopyle State Park in Ohiopyle and will run from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.. Cost is $60 for Venture Outdoors members and $80 for non-members. Match the Hatch: Prime Time |
A workshop presented by our good friends Dale and Cyndi Kotowski on behalf of Venture Outdoors. The workshop will focus on the "whats" and the "whens" of the major hatches on our local streams and what flies to use to imitate the naturals. The workshop will take place at Ohiopyle State Park in Ohiopyle and will run from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.. Reel Recovery Fly Fishing Retreat for Men with Cancer |
A two and one half day all expenses paid retreat for men who are fighting or in recovery from cancer. The retreat will be held at the Allenberry Resort on Yellow Breeches Creek in Boiling Springs PA.
